Rental Terms of Service

Hi! By using our rentals, you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participating in or using the rented equipment involves risks, including but not limited to, injury, illness, or property damage. You assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with your use of the rented equipment.

2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimeTime Inflatables, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the rented equipment.  

3. Payment Terms: Payment in full is due upon delivery of the rented equipment. We allow cancellations at least 7 days before your rental date.

4. Rain Policy: You may reschedule due to rain at no extra cost. Just let us know by 8am the day of.

5. Equipment Damage or Loss: You are responsible for the safe return of the rented equipment in the same condition as it was received. If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be liable for up to the full replacement cost of the equipment.

6. Waiver of Claims: You waive any and all claims against PrimeTime Inflatables for any injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising out of or related to your use of the rented equipment.

7. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

8. Entire Agreement: This waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
