Rental Reminders

Rules for Inflatables:

– Adult supervision required when in use

– Do not exceed the posted maximum occupants or weight limits.

– Adults cannot jump at the same time as kids. Don’t let kids jump together who are unequally matched in size.

– If using the inflatable with water, turn the water pressure down very low so it’s just misting to avoid flooding. Turn the water off when done using. You’re responsible for providing your own hose.

– No flips, rough play, food, gum, drinks, shoes, glasses, glitter, silly string, jewelry, pets, toys, or sharp objects inside the inflatable. If it’s unreasonably dirty, there may be a cleaning fee.

– No diving down the slide or climbing up the slide.

– No hands or feet on the net of bounce houses.

– You can still operate the inflatable if there’s light rain, but if it becomes too heavy, it will need to be turned off.

– Do not operate if winds exceed 15 MPH.

– Do not detach or turn off the blower while participants are inside the inflatable.

Things to note for Inflatables:

– Once you’re done using the inflatable for the day, please turn off the blower.

– When we arrive, please let us know if you have sprinkler heads to look out for when we are staking down equipment (if on grass). We are not responsible for any damage to sprinklers.

– Make sure to have enough space for us to dolly the inflatable to the intended location, and we have a clear pathway. Some rolled up inflatables can get up to 40 inches wide. Due to a large volume of orders (especially on weekends), we have to be efficient with our time.

– Please pick up animal feces before we arrive.

– If the blower shuts off while in use, check that it’s plugged in, turned on, and your electrical circuit isn’t overloaded. If you see the breaker is off, reset the fuse panel and ensure the blower is plugged into a dedicated circuit.

– There’s an emergency exit at the top of the bounce houses.
