All inflatables are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before every use.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl.

We take safety very seriously. Not all inflatables are created equal- all of our inflatables are made with commercial-grade vinyl, equipped with emergency exits and finger-safe netting.

Our inflatables can be used in temperatures above 40 degrees Fahrenheit. 

You can use the inflatables in light rain. If the rain becomes too heavy, you will need to shut it off. 

Yes, we are fully insured with commercial general liability coverage. Our policy protects both our company and our customers in the unlikely event of an accident.

Cancellation policy: free cancellation at least 7 days before your rental date.

Rain Policy: Reschedule due to rain at no extra cost. Just let us know by 8am the day of. (Inflatables can still be used in the rain as long as the rain is not too heavy).

On grass, we use 18-inch stakes to secure all inflatables. On hard surfaces, we use sandbags.
